The fine print
- A cleaning fee of 25€ will be charged for each pet (maximum 3 pets).
- The client must inform La Era de Somao about their desire to bring their pet when making their reservation.
- Your pet may use the garden to relieve itself, but it must be cleaned inmmediatly.
- Pets are not allowed to lay on the bed, couches, or any other piece of forniture in the house.
- Bedsheets or towels owned by La Era de Somao can’t be used by pets. Old bedsheets or towels are available, they will be provided after contacting the staff of La Era de Somao.
- You are not allowed to use any towels to dry the pets, if you want to wash them there is an exterior shower with hot water in one of the houses and a hose in the other one, it is estrictly prohibited to use the shower inside the houses to wash the pets.
- The owners are obligated to keep their pet in optimal hygiene and sanitary conditions and with all its necessary veterinary documentation in order.
- The owners are responsable of the behavior of their pet, along with the possible damages it may cause to the property of La Era de Somao or any third parties
As the owner of your dog that stays at La Era de Somao, you must comply with current regulations and will be responsible for any actions that may arise from the behavior of your dog, exempting La Era de Somao from all liability.
If these rules are not respected, La Era de Somao reserves the right to cancel your reservation and/or invite you to leave the accommodations. We are at your disposal for any questions or requests. Our priority is to respect the rest of our clients.
