Alquilo precioso y amplio apartamento en Puerto Rico, municipio de Mogan, Gran Canaria. Para el invierno o larga temporada. Esta situado en 1 línea de piscina, con una gran terraza con solárium, zona de té-café, mesa de comedor, mesa de ping-pong y un cuarto independiente con lavadora - secadora. Con vistas a la piscina y Puerto Rico. El apartamento tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, con vitroceramica, horno- microondas, pequeños electrodomésticos, menaje de cocina, frigorífico , barra americana y mesa de comedor interior. Salón con tv 50 pulgadas, con plataforma digital,wifi y un sofá cama. Con 1 habitación con dos camas individuales y armario empotrado , y otra habitación con cama king size con su armario. Un baño amplio con plato de ducha. Aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento. Situado a diez minutos caminando a la playa de Puerto Rico, y con un paseo en una avenida a la playa de amadores, y también el Mogan Mall a 10 minutos caminando. Ubicación perfecta para encontrar el descanso y el relax.
