La Estancia Apartments, offers you a cozy and rustic space, plus free access to the common areas of the magnificent Regency Country Club Hotel (Very close to the apartments), you will be able to access its luxurious swimming pool with wonderful views to remember, Jacuzzi, Parking, Minigolf, and children's area. Located in Chayofa, an exclusive and quiet residential area, away from the stress and noise of central hotel areas, but only minutes away from the beach, shopping centres and all amenities… Each of the apartments have: a terrace with sun loungers and outdoor dining , dining area, bright living room with sofa bed for two persons, free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 spacious and bright bathroom. Additional: Use of the beautiful heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Private parking of the Regency Country Club hotel and several of its facilities (mini-golf, childcare...) The hotel is within walking distance from the apartments.
