Hola: Somos Rafa y Paqui, una pareja de jubilados que nos encanta viajar. Hemos empezado esta aventura del alquiler vacacional porque nos gusta y porque creemos que Jaén es la gran desconocida de Andalucía y que los clientes conforme la vayan conociendo se daran cuenta de lo maravillosa que es esta provincia.

Nuestro alojamiento esta situado dentro de un residencial con piscina y jardines. Es un lugar muy tranquilo. Tiene un garaje y trastero privados y gratis. El piso esta totalmente climatizado en todas sus habitaciones y los muebles son nuevos. Tenemos contratado un servicio de limpieza, por lo que el apartamento lo encontraran siempren en perfectas condiciones.

El barrio es moderno y muy tranquilo, esta muy cerca de Jardines publicos. Parece como si estuvieras en plena naturaleza, Es facil de aparcar y esta conectado mediante autobuses con el centro.
