Property info

Cozy villa for 10 people in Moralzarzal, with private pool, surrounded by a large garden overlooking the peaks of the Sierra Madrileña! The outdoor area offers a private pool with safety fence for children, a covered outdoor dining area with charcoal barbecue, a chill-out area and a large, flat and fenced garden around the house. The villa has all the comforts, 5 bedrooms, 7 beds and 2 bathrooms! Ideal to enjoy a few days with family and/or friends! P.S. : In winter, a bag of approximately 25 kgs of firewood will be provided for every 2 nights booked. In the event that the tenant wishes to have more firewood, we can provide additional bags for a cost of 16 euros for each 25kgs bag with a prior notice of 5 days to anticipate the demand. The garden does not have an irrigation system, and the photos in the advertisement were taken in spring. During the summer, or at the end of the season, the natural grass tends to dry out and disappear, except around the pool, where artificial grass has been installed.
