The house is designed to accommodate 2 adults and 1 baby, and features a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It offers mountain views, self check-in, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and workspace. Upon request, a crib and high chair are available. Guests can enjoy a private garden and covered and uncovered terraces, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views of Roque Nublo. The estate is surrounded by hiking trails leading to Roque Nublo, the summit, or the village of Tejeda. The house is accessible by car and has parking within the private estate. The use of a private vehicle is recommended, although limited public transport options are available. Events are not allowed, and respectful behavior is requested to maintain the tranquility of the surroundings. The house is located in the La Culata district, about a 15-minute drive from the town of Tejeda. It is a neighborhood with detached houses in a typically Canarian rural setting. About 800 meters from the house there are two restaurants, and in the town of Tejeda you will find all the necessary services.
