L Sagrera House is a 3-bedroom semi-detached house, with terrace and parking. For a total of 8 people, it has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and a children's room with a bunk bed and a folding bed. With a total of 4 bathrooms and a large living area, both indoors and outdoors, we hope your stay will be as comfortable as possible. Unbeatable location just 1 minute walk from supermarkets, pharmacies, metro lines L1, L5, L9, L10 and Rodalies R3, R4, R12. Less than 5 minutes from schools, parks and medical centers (CAP) and just 15 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and the beach. Parking located approximately 200m from the house.
La Sagrera will be the second future nerve center of Barcelona once the AVE works are completed, with the largest park in the city. Quiet, safe neighborhood with all services. Very good communication via train and metro.
