La vivienda está situada en un edificio de moderna construccion (2010),ubicada en una zona nueva de la ciudad,rodeada de parques y zonas verdes. La zona cuenta con todos los servicios,bancos,restaurantes y supermercados.El piso tiene cocina equipada con todos los electrodomesticos. El piso dispone de wifi y plaza de garaje gratuita en el edificio

El barrio de la florida es un barrio en expansión, proximo al centro de Oviedo 1 km. El piso se encuentra dentro del itinerario del camino de Santiago, a pocos metros del Instituto Oftalmológico Fernandez Vega. El barrio cuenta con todo tipo de servicios restaurantes, bares, supermercado, farmacia bancos. La zona tiene zonas verdes, como el Parque de Purificación Tomás, asi como acceso caminando al Naranco con su famosa pista Finlandesa, con vistas panorámicas sobre la ciudad de Oviedo. En ambas zonas se pueden parcticar senderismo y todo tipo de Deportes. El apartamento está en una de las mejoras zonas de Oviedo
