The property is a modern converted garage conversion in the grounds of our property. It has one double bedroom, a living/dining/kitchen area with views looking out to sea. There is a smart TV and free wifi. Shower room/toilet is located off from the living area.There is a large secure garden which the hosts use but guests are welcome to use also. There is a dedicated private space for guests only to sit outside and enjoy the stunning sea views. Please feel free to bring your pet. Please be advised the hosts have a friendly dog onsite.

I have recently retired and am now starting out on my next chapter. looking forward to welcoming guests to our annex.

There is a bus stop at the top of the road offering connections to Newcastle and Kilkeel. We are close to the mourne mountains and The silent valley is just a short drive from here. The annex is situated on a small road with direct access to the beach. The perfect place to let your dog go for a run around
