Laderas del Palmar, your oasis of peace in the very south of Tenerife. Rent directly from the owners who have the appropriate licence for short term letting which complies fully with Spanish touristic laws. Our luxurious apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a fully fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, ...). Additionally, there is an American style open plan dining/living room area which comes complete with a sofa bed and television equipped with Google Chromecast. The apartment also has a washing machine. You will be able to relax and entertain on the apartment’s large sun terrace which has stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Moreover, for your business and leisure you will find free fibre optic broadband Wi-Fi. The Laderas del Palmar complex has three beautiful outdoor swimming pools set in well maintained relaxing tropical gardens. Two of the pools are ideal for children and babies. A private parking space inside of the secure gated community is included in the price.

Welcome to our beautiful island in the sun. We are originaly from Belgium, but since 2019 we live in Tenerife running our own restaurant. In fact we live in the same complex as where you will stay. We talk Dutch, French, English, Spanish and German.

Due to its central location in Palm-Mar you will find everything within easy walking distance including supermarkets, restaurants and many friendly multi-cultural bars/pubs. The town’s beach (La Arenita) with its famous Bahia Beach Club and Chiringuito beach bar is within easy walking distance of the apartment. Palm-Mar is only 11 km from Playa de Las Américas and 9 km from Los Cristianos. The area is served by Tenerife South Airport which is only 16 kms (20 minutes) from the apartment.
