La zona es tranquila y a su vez muy cerca del Centro Comercial Puerto Rico , escasos 5 minutos ,y al nuevo CC Mogan Mol, con todo lo que puedas imaginar para ti u tus hijos desde Restaurantes, Mac Donald, Burguers etc, etc, la playa esta tambien a escaso 5 minutos del centro Comercial , en donde las tiendas de ropa, deportes y supermercados hacen que la estancia este a un paso de todo , la situacion es UNICA , encantadora.
