The apartment is located right in the heart of Las Americas, in the immediate vicinity of Las Veronicas zone (a street full of entertainment, restaurants, discos, night clubs and bars). The nearest beach is only 400 m from the apartment (3 minute walk). The apartment is completely newly renovated (01/24). Warning: there is a staircase in the apartment (not suitable for people with mobility problems, also for families with prams and very small children). Recommendations: Take a good look at the photos and characteristics of the property, the location and the features of the area, so that your vacation and stay can meet your expectations and be even more pleasant!
