I live in this neighbourhood and I bought "ViVa Cumbres" as I consider Chayofa an ideal location, not only for residents, but also for holiday makers who seek a quiet, peaceful surrounding but with the advantage of easy access to the more lively resorts, beaches, golf courses etc.

ViVa Cumbres is nestled in a peaceful residential area on the privileged hillside of Chayofa, overlooking the resorts of Los Cristianos, Playa Las Américas, and Costa Adeje. The house spans across 3 levels: at street level, you'll find a spacious garage, and a flight of stairs leads you to the main entrance of the villa. On this level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and microwave, a cozy bedroom with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, and a full bathroom. The sun-filled living room invites you to enjoy delightful meals at the comfortable 8-person dining table or lounge on the two sofas while watching movies. On the second floor, there are three stylishly decorated bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, a fitted wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a balcony with spectacular sea views. The second bedroom, also with a double bed, shares the sea-view balcony with the master bedroom. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and shares the second bathroom on this floor with the second bedroom While this villa isn't suited for loud and extravagant parties, quality outdoor entertainment is guaranteed: heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gas BBQ and coal BBQ, spacious 8-seater dining table, matching sun loungers, and a ping pong table.
