Las Fresas Apartment is located in the heart of Puerto Rico, within walking distance to shopping and entertainment center, bars, restaurants and nightlife. The beautiful Puerto Rico beach is only a 10-minute away by foot. The apartment is located on the first line from the main entrance, accessible only by one flight of steps. The swimming pool is on the lowest level, accessed by a staircase descending three levels. There is no elevator. There is a small grocery shop in the complex, for your everyday needs. Parking is free on the street, but we recommend arriving without a car as both the town and the beach are within walking distance and there is a well-developed bus service to other towns, beaches and areas. The bus stop is only an 8-minute walk away
It is a privately owned property, therefore we don't provide daily cleaning services. Please note that in accordance with the current law Real Decreto 933/2021, that came into force 02/12/2024 , all guests staying in accommodations will be required to fill out the registration form, using their identity document. You will have to provide your address and your contact information as well. This form is created by the Spanish government and the owner is obliged to submit it Thank you very much for your cooperation.
FOR THE MOMENT (IN 2025) THERE ARE CONSTRUCTION WORKS GOING ON IN THE COMPLEX. IT IS NOT YET CLEAR WHEN THE WORKS WILL BE FINISHED. SOME COMMON AREAS MIGHT NOT BE AS CLEAN AS COULD BE, YOU MIGHT SEE WORKERS AND EQUIPMENT. THE TERRACE BY THE ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS STILL NOT FULLY FINISHED BUT ALL THE FACILITIES CAN BE USED. FOR THIS REASON, WE HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY LOWERED THE PRICE AND WE HOPE FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING IN TERMS OF EXPECTATIONS AND REVIEWS. Please take into account that there are stairs leading to the apartment, swimming pool or other areas in the complex. No elevator
