Fantastic apartment for 6 people, with communal pool and views to Portocolom sea. Enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast every morning, while admiring the sea views, before spending a great day at the beach or in the communal pool. This last is a chlorine pool that has a size of 7.5*5.5 m, a depth of 1.2 to 2.2 m and 6 sun loungers around to enjoy the sun. Additionally, you can reach the beach after walking only 200 meters. This first floor, without lift, has a quiet living-dining room where you can watch TV, read something or eat together. Next is the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For your rest there are 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and wardrobe and the third with two single beds. One of the first two bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A second bathroom with shower serves the whole house. In the living room and in the 3 bedrooms there is air conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available. The pool is open all year round from 9am to 10pm. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. The location is ideal for those nature, beaches and idyllic coves lovers. Portocolom features one of those and, apart from that, it is a very beautiful and cosy fishery coastal village.Nearby you have the odd restaurant, although you can also find many other restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops at about 3km away, in the city center of the town.
