The apartment is located in the residential area of Palm Mar, a luxury community surrounded by two natural reserves. The beach is only 1.1km away (a nice walk) and the airport is a 14 minutes drive. It is the ideal place for vacationers who want to be close to everything while enjoying a quiet, elegant and exclusive environment. The tourist attractions of Los Cristianos and Las Americas, such as golf courses, water sports and excursions, are only a ten-minute drive away. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a bakery, a laundry, a pharmacy, a medical center, a bank and a car rental company. A few minutes' walk away is the long volcanic beach La Arenita, with its magnificent promenade and beach club, as well as the beautiful nature reserves of Malpaís de La Rasca, where we love walking our dog 🐶
