I am a person who likes to make my guests feel comfortable by offering them all the necessary instructions to have a pleasant vacation as well as recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and places of interest. I am always available by telephone to facilitate or help you with any issue you need to resolve.

Property info

The complex has two swimming pools and a large private parking. The apartment has an open concept design with a modern fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dinning area and a spacious living room with a smart TV. The duplex also has an outdoor shower, a sun terrace with an outdoor dinning, three bathrooms and three bedrooms, one of them with a desk perfect to work from home. Guest can use the entire apartment, as well as access to shared swimming pools and a private parking spot. The apartment has free high speed WIFI, smart TV, washing machine, hairdryers, iron, lockbox, bed linens, towels and beach towels. We also have a cot and a high chair if needed. We advise all our guests that the storage of sorts equipment such as bikes, kite gear, surf gear, windsurfing gear, as well as other sports equipment inside the Holiday Home is strictly FORBIDDEN. Smoking inside the apartment is NOT ALLOWED

Neighborhood info

Located in El Médano, 300 meters from La Jaquita beach and only a 10 minute walk to Playa del Cabezo. This beautiful and luminous duplex is located in a very quiet area close to restaurants and a small supermarket.
