Beautiful villa for rent in Majorca with an excellent location as is set only 60m from the sandy beach Cala Gran and 200 m. from Cala D'Or centre. On the grould floor there is a spacious living room with a two-sided wood-burning stove (living room and kitchen), access to the terrace and and open dining room. Large island kitchen with a breakfast table. There is also a guest toilet and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed (two mattresses together), dressing area, access to a terrace overlooking the pool area, en-suite bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi and separate shower. There are two more double bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace/balcony. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
