Esta magnífica villa privada de 280 metros cuadrados construidos, destaca por sus amplios espacios y cómodo equipamiento. Dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia o con amigos. Está situada en Meloneras, una de las zonas más exclusivas de la isla, y cerca de Maspalomas, a solo unos pasos del campo de golf. A tan solo 150 metros se encuentra el supermercado más grande de Meloneras. Descubre un espacio único donde la diversión y la relajación se fusionan para crear recuerdos inolvidables. La zona es muy tranquila. OTROS ASPECTOS DESTACABLES: La planta baja donde se ubican el 4º y 5º dormitorio doble, sólo se abrirá a partir de 7 huéspedes o más.
