Ideally located, 6 minutes’ walk from both Paseo de Gracia and central Plaza Catalunya, Midtown Apartments offers stylish, modern décor apartments with a seasonal pool and solarium in the building’s rooftop. Set in the same building, all the soundproofed apartments have a smart TV in each bedroom and a living-dining room with a bluetooth speaker and a free safe. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, oven and dishwasher; there is a washing machine, a dryer and cleaning products are provided. Numerous bars and restaurants serving local and international cuisine are within walking distance, and supermarkets open till late can be found nearby. The apartments are also well connected by bus and metro to all main tourist attractions in Barcelona. A private parking is available on site.

Towards the end of the 19th century (1895), a building was erected in the “Eixampe” of Barcelona. One hundred years later, after undergoing a total renovation, without disrupting its original architecture, it’s Midtown Apartments Barcelona; the building has been restructured into a spectacular residential building, with all the comforts of sophisticated modern living spaces. This exclusive building is home to 30 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments spanning between 49 and 106 m2. The apartments are located across five floors, and the building’s rooftop features a private pool and solarium.
