Modern, family detached villa for up to six people with three spacious double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Built over three levels, this home features a large private swimming pool with spacious terrace areas with outdoor dining and living areas along with spectacular views from the rooftop solarium. Fully equipped with modern furniture instead and out. Walking distance to lots of amenities within Rojales, Benijofar and Ciudad Quesada and only 35 minutes from Alicante airport.
Located just off a main but quiet road. Parking on the driveway is permitted as well as directly outside the property.
