Although built in 1986, it was recently reformed and furnished. The community is surrounded by beautiful and well mantained gardens, green zones and an a huge swimming-pool. It is realy close to the sea (15 seconds walk) and to 3 beaches: Cala Piteras, Cala Ferrís y Punta Prima

Located in a peaceful area/neibourghod known as Rocio del Mar, this apartment is in the outskirts of Torrevieja, bordering with Orihuela Costa and really close to any services, specially the famous and enormous shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard
