Property info

Modern apartment with all amenities. Close to the Fira de Barcelona, 15 min by metro/bus from Plaza Cataluña and 15 min by car from the airport. Residential and quiet building located in a family area with a large park in front of the building. The neighbors community has strictly forbidden groups of friends to stay in the apartment, so unfortunately we cannot accept reservations made by groups of friends. This apartment is intended for families, couples or business trips. There's an additional charge of thirty euros for check-ins after 21:00h. This can be paid upon arrival.

The apartment is very close to the Fira of Barcelona. This is an ideal location for those who come to Barcelona for work. You are only 15 minutes away from the pl. Catalunya by public transport. So you will have the unique possibility to get acquainted with a quiet neighbourhood being quite close to the centre.
