A holiday stay in this fantastic accommodation is one not to be missed. The bedroom in each apartment offers a double bed and comes with wardrobe and drawers where guests can store their belongings. The living room area has a comfortable sofa and a TV. It is the perfect area to sit back and enjoy some quiet time after discovering Barcelona's unique places! The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic counter tops, and all necessary items like fridge, microwave-oven, pots, pans, coffee machine, toaster and so on. The bathroom comprises of a cabin shower unit. To cool down the rooms during the warm spanish summers, all the apartments are fitted with air conditioning (both hot and cold settings). All linens and towels are provided as well as an iron and ironing board. The property has access to a shared terrace. Lustre has received the WeRespect seal for promoting responsible tourism and positive coexistence between residents and tourists. Please note that the building has NO lift and that is not suitable for children or older clients. The terrace is communal and not part of the apartment. We're fully digital, so there's no reception or staff onsite. Instead, guests use our digital check-in and PIN codes to access the property and their rooms! The Lustre apartments are situated in an antique yet cozy building in the El Born. This neighbourhood has seen numerous changes throughout the years, making each trip a new and unique experience surrounded by a multi-ethnic and colourful atmosphere. El Born, one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Barcelona, has become even more so over the last few years. This neighbourhood may not be as polished as other central neighbourhoods but a perfect balance between historical treasures and culture makes its charm, an ambience that's become very much sought after by locals and visitors alike. This neighbourhood is full of many great bars, cafes, restaurants and one-of-a-kind boutiques. The Born area is close to the Old Port and the beach, as well as a wealth of other cool and interesting places in Barcelona. The Park Ciutadella is just a quick 5-minute walk from this area, perfect for a stroll after a lovely lunch in one of the many terraces the Born has to offer. Please note that the apartments have exterior wooden shutters that can reduce the amount of natural light in the rooms, and that the space may not be suitable for children or older clients.
