When you step into this house, you immediately sense a welcoming energy that makes you feel like you're in an oasis of peace and tranquility. This accommodation offers you premium amenities, such as a new generation Jacuzzi on the chill out terrace, with comfortable armchairs, and sun loungers to sunbathe in a fresh environment with tropical plants and a table to enjoy unforgettable lunches or dinners. As well as all the comforts in its fully equipped interior such as aircon in very room of the house, full equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Another added value is opening the door and having the pool in front of you just two meters in front of the terrace. It is a common pool but almost always without people and it feels almost as if it were private due to the tranquility and location right in front of the terrace of the house. Enjoying the advantages of a strategic location in Playa del Inglés.

Located in the center of Playa del Inglés, you are just a 7-minute walk from the beach, just a 4-minute walk from the Yumbo shopping center and a quick 2-minute walk from Plaza de Maspalomas, which is a shopping area with restaurants, bars and stores.
