This luxury urbanization is set in the hills of Mojacar with stunning views of Mojacar Playa and the Almeria coastline. Conveniently located just above the magnificent laid on golf course Marina Golf Mojacar, the urbanization Atalaya de Mojacar is only five minutes walk to the Torre de la Marina beach, local shops and superb seafood restaurants. This exclusive urbanization also includes lifts with panoramic views, beautiful laid communal gardens, a very large communal open-air pool, a covered heated pool with Jacuzzi, centrally controlled security surveillance and parking places with remote control access. The apartment dispose a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the spacious living room you can access the terrace of 35mp2 through big sliding doors. The terrace is provided with luxury furniture set where you can enjoy 180 degree ocean view. Both bedrooms have view access to the sea. The apartment is brand new.

Mojacar is an ideal place to practice a multitude of activities, its climate is warm all the year round and due to its location allows you to practice a number of sports with the best conditions. The local beaches are a must for all sea lovers and due to its great marine wildlife it is of special interest to snorkelers and divers. For nature lovers you have wonderful parks nearby to walk and also many trails for hikers. Without a doubt, other sports such as golf or paddle and cycling can be practiced by both professionals or amateurs.
