Great duplex with huge terrace with sea view in a quiet complex with 2 pools, at only 5 minute from the beach. Ideal for a relaxing holiday between family and friends. The property has 3 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room with flat tv and an equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. It also has a wonderful big terrace from where you will be able to enjoy the spectacular sea views. Equipped with a big table and a barbecue area. This wonderful duplex dispose of air conditioning in the living room and in 2 of the bedrooms. The complex offers 24h surveillance, 2 big swimming pools, one of which is heated in winter with a Pool bar open all year round. A gaming room and an arcade room are also available on site We have at your disposal the most attractive offers for leisure from excursions, tickets to car rental.
