Beautiful apartment with private rooftop sun terrace. Located 700m from the ocean and the small beach of La Arenita, right on the edge of the Rasca National Park in the picturesque town of Palm-Mar in the very south of Tenerife. The apartment is located in the quiet and safe residential complex of Paraiso with its own swimming pool. It is fully equipped for your stay including air conditioning, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine flat screen TV and coffee maker. There is free WiFi access in the apartment. The apartment offers views of the ocean and the National Park, and there is a large terrace on the top floor of the apartment from which you can enjoy the amazing sunset. The bedroom is situated in a quiet part of the complex and provides a restful night's sleep.
The Palm Mar is a quiet residential area 15 min from the airport directly on the south coast, which as an ideal starting point for exploring the whole island. Whether you head to nearby Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje or Teide you will always return to peaceful Palm Mar with its many local restaurants and beautiful promenade. In Palm Mar you will find everything you need including a shop (500m) a health centre (600m) and a variety of restaurants. The promenade is about 600m from the apartment as is a small beach with a popular beach restaurant.
