The apartment is distributed in three floors. Main/Entrance kitchen, living room and a toilet. Lower level has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upper level has a terrace with Ocean and mountain view. All floors of the apartment are overlooking the ocean and nearby banana plantation. Its a modern apartment which has been recently refurbished and fully equipped for short or long stays with strong wifi and a comfortable working spaces in the bedrooms.

Apartment is situated in a small town of Callao Salvaje, with just few minutes walk to the park and the beach. The main street which is under 10 minutes walk offers a great variety of restaurant and shops.
