Welcome to our modern apartment for 4 guests, the perfect choice for your unforgettable family holiday! Just 400 meters from the stunning La Mata Beach, you will find a glazed terrace offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea. The carefully renovated apartment is equipped with two air conditioning units with heating functions, allowing you to enjoy maximum comfort year-round, regardless of the weather. Inside, you'll discover a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, including a built-in water filtration system for delicious and high-quality drinking water. Modern amenities also include a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a TV capable of receiving up to 30 English channels. Relaxation is guaranteed with the communal swimming pool set in a well-maintained garden, where a lifeguard is present during the summer months.
