**This accommodation is only available for a maximum period of 11 days This beautiful apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a small complex. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with toilet), a cozy living room with fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony! On the shared roof terrace there is a large lawn with a 12-person jacuzzi and an outdoor shower (available in the warmer months). It has a beautiful entrance with elevator and a private parking space in the basement.

Neighborhood info

The location of the apartment is between the two major shopping streets, so the supermarket, terraces and nice shops are 10 meters away. The street leads to the hotspot of Torrevieja, the new harbor with shops, restaurants, fair and hippie market. All this is within a 300 meter walking distance, as is the pleasant boulevard and the sea! So you no longer need a car upon arrival, but if you wish, you can park it in the associated parking lot.
