It's a central location; the restaurants located in the same building open at 12 noon and close at 11 p.m., making it easy to relax. It's just a short walk from Afidemar Beach and 15 km from Playa del Inglés (Yumbo Center), where there are buses. It has excellent public transportation links to anywhere on the island, so if you come here, you don't need a car.
