Amazing newbuild 80 m2 penthouse apartment with a private huge 80 m2 atrium terrace with stunning view to the sea, the city and the mountains. There is also a small terrace with direct access from the living room. The apartment is fully equipped and has a modern livingroom, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (plus a sofa bed in the livingroom) and 2 bathrooms. It offers centrally controlled aircondition in all the apartment, WIFI, fiber and 55" smart TV. The private big terrace offers a nice lounge group, an outside kitchen with dining set, a bar set and sunbeds. You will have your own parking lot in the garage. There are elevators to the top floor but also some stairs further up to the apartment.
I am living in Denmark and have 2 wonderful apartments in Cantal homes which I rent out. My freind Tracey who lives in Mojacar take care of the apartment and will arrange greeting you and get you settled when you arrive. She will contact you 2 days before you arrive
The complex has a big saltwater swimmingpool and pool for the children. The apartment is placed 100 meters from the absolute best beach in Mojacar (some say Spain) and the area offers everything you can ask for, such as lots of restaurants, bars and supermarket in walking distance with really nice food at low prices, nice beach bars and a beautiful beach promenade. If you like the nature, this area offers lots of beautiful places to see. Golf Course is located 6,9 km from the apartment Mojacar Playa has a lovely atmosphere with the wide beach to the amazing Mediterranean. A bit up the mountain you will find Mojacar Pueblo which is an old authentic white Spanish town with small lovely streets and lots of shops etc. Mojacar has lots of activities and people in the high season but without the feeling that is is too crowded
