Modern and central apartments with smart keys in Figueres. It's fully equipped and has been renovated with a bright, elegant and comfortable appearance. The situation in a semi-pedestrian street allows you to enjoy no noise during your rest time. 2 minutes walk from the Teatre Museu Dalí, Toy Museum of Catalonia, La Rambla and the most commercial area of the city. Parking 2 minutes from the apartment. PEP01 Ideal for couples and business trips. PEP02 for families and friends who want to spend time together while on vacation. At the duplex you'll find wide and clear spaces without delicate objects that could endanger the safety of the little ones. Durable and functional furniture, comfortable and easy to clean for long stays. Linens and towels are included in the service. You'll find hydroalcoholic gel dispensers. Access to the apartment by using a numeric keypad or using an application on your mobile phone. Before your arrival, we will provide you with the code and all the instructions so you can access it any time during your stay with no personal contact.
We carry out an exhaustive cleaning and disinfection routine, your safety is our priority. Feel free to contact us if you have any inquires. For long stays we offer the possibility of weekly cleaning and linen change according to service rates.
The location of the apartments is excellent, in the center of the city with all kind of services you could need. The building is located on a semi-pedestrian street that allows you to be far from noise. There's a parking 2 minutes walk from the apartment, Figueres - Vilafant AVE stop is 10 minutes away. If you travel with children, you can enjoy being outdoors in the Parc del Bosc just 2 minutes from the apartment or visiting Sant Ferran Castle with the family. You will find a great variety of beaches and coves along the Alt Empordà coastline: from mile-long beaches on the plain, in Sant Martí d’Empúries, Sant Pere Pescador and Castelló d’Empúries, to hidden-away, rocky coves in the Cap de Creus peninsula and the north coast (Roses, Cadaqués, El Port de la Selva, Llançà, Colera and Portbou) or the more lively, sandy beaches at Roses, Empuriabrava and L’Escala.
