The 3 bedroom house for holidays Peral Cas Concos is located in Cas Concos, a pretty small village with local shops, a supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a few cafeterias and restaurants. The towns of Felanitx and Santanyí are approx. 10 minutes drive away. Peral Cas Concos is a new construction two-storey house that enjoys a lot of natural light. It has been tastefully furnished with a fresh style, using also a few disuse pieces that have been converted into original headboards. From the hall there is access to the open living/dining room that has access to the pool area. The kitchen that is well equipped counts with a larder. A side door takes to the pool area and another to the utility area where the washing machine is. The ground floor has also a twin bedroom with TV and a separated shower room. A stair takes to the first floor. From the landing there is access onto a terrace, an ideal private spot to relax, sunbathe or read your favourite book. This floor has two more bedrooms; one with double bed and the other twin beds pushed together, with Fire-TV, one with en suite bathroom and the other with a separate bathroom. At back of the house there is a pool surrounded by a small terrace with sun beds; perfect to refresh during the long summery days. There is also garden pavilion with a table, chairs and a brick barbecue to enjoy "al fresco" meals. Air conditioning in the bedrooms with a fixed and limited timetable. 22.00 - 09.00 Final cleaning fee: 150 euros. A damage deposit of 500 euros must be paid by bank transfer one week before arrival to cover the cost of the final cleaning (150 euros) and to cover any damages that may occur to the property. Upon departure, the property will be inspected, and if found to be in good condition, the damage deposit amount will be refunded to the guest, less the 150 euros final cleaning fee.
