The Petronila 1881 Apartments are located in a carefully restored late 19th century building in the heart of the city of Merida, just a few meters from the main tourist attractions, Temple of Diana, Roman Theater and Amphitheater, National Museum of Roman Art, Arch of Trajan, Roman Bridge. The building consists of 4 apartments featuring an elegant and cozy decor, having one or two bedrooms, comfortable and spacious living area, modern and fully equipped kitchen and private bathrooms. All rooms have balconies or windows to the outside, overlooking Santa Eulalia street or overlooking the old courtyard of the house. The apartments are located in a pedestrian street, from where you can enjoy the main shopping area of Merida, numerous restaurants, terraces, tapas bars and the most significant cultural events of the city such as the Classical Theatre Festival, Easter, Music Festival, Emérita Lúdica... At only 6 minutes walking distance there are several public parking lots that will allow you to leave your car and enjoy the city with a pleasant walk. The train station is a 7 minute walk away and a cab stop is 3 minutes from the accommodation. The nearest airports are Badajoz Airport (50 kms) and Seville Airport (190 kms).
