The apartment is brand new! A total renovation has been carried out! The living/dining room is equipped with designer furniture, has a Smart TV, air conditioning, 2 big windows and work area. The fully equipped kitchen has a small terrace. All bedrooms (3) have quality beds and wardrobes; They are exterior and have big windows. (Not air conditioning in bedrooms) The two bathrooms are equipped with eco-sustainable personal hygiene products: biodegradable and with low environmental impact. In order to minimize the environmental impact, if the rate for 1 or 2 people is selected, only the rooms necessary for the people indicated in the reservation will be opened and prepared Optional full cleaning service (cleaning, change of sheets and towels) is offered from the 6th day of stay, upon request to the owner and payment by bank transfer.
