Cozy 3-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a multi-storey building in the Poblenou area, next to the wonderful Rambla de Poblenou, on the seafront. In the Rambla de Poblenou there are many restaurants and bars with a wide variety of cuisine. Next to the apartments there is the H16 bus stop, which takes you to the center in 20 minutes and also on this same bus you can reach the famous fountains of Plaza de España. The metro is 7 minutes from the apartments. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom.
