Welcome to Citadel Apartment Oliva 4p, our modern and comfortable holiday apartment in Roses, within walking distance of the beach, promenade and town centre (approx. 250 metres). An ideal base for a relaxing stay on the Costa Brava. On arrival, the hotel-quality beds are freshly made and towels are provided, so you can start your holiday in a relaxed way. Mattresses and pillows are hygienically protected. The apartment has been modernly renovated, is located on the 1st floor and features a lift, a large rooftop terrace and a garage. All comforts are provided, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a streaming Smart TV with ES-FR-EN-DE-NL channels. Location: The Citadel is 300 metres away, while the beach and promenade are just 200 metres away. Roses town centre and the market hall are approximately 350 metres from the apartment. Several supermarkets can be found within a 200-metre radius. Just 50 metres away, you can enjoy fresh fish in a cosy atmosphere at restaurant Sal y Pebre, straight from the fishermen of Roses. Parking: Free street parking is available You can rent our cctv guarded private garage. Interior & space: The apartment is bright and tastefully furnished with all modern comforts, complemented by artworks created by me. The spacious 40 m² rooftop terrace is partly covered and equipped with ambient lighting, a dining table with chairs and a comfortable lounge area. The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 guests and a baby up to 3 years old. A high chair, baby/children’s tableware and a baby cot are available (baby cot at extra charge). Roses is the place to discover, From our apartment you can Explore Roses by foot. The city center is just 300m away and the beach 250m. The famous covered market is just 350 meters away. And the Sunday market 150m. If you look out your window you see the Citadel of Roses across the street. You really do not need your car to get around. Supermarkets are just 200m away.
