Stylish house with private pool in Cala Pi, prepared for up to 6 persons. This charming house combines comfort, privacy, and an ideal setting to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Outside, it features a front porch with a small garden, as well as a rear patio with a private chlorine pool measuring 8 m x 4 m and a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.9 m. Around the pool, there are 6 sun loungers for relaxing while your loved ones prepare a barbecue. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after a swim or rinsing off sand and chlorine. The patio also has a table with 6 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining under the starry sky. On the upper floor, the house offers a large furnished terrace, a private space to enjoy the outdoors in complete tranquility. Although the property is located in the village with neighbors on both sides, the patio provides total privacy thanks to its lateral enclosure. The entire house is on the ground floor. The living-dining room is spacious and cozy, equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD players, and a fireplace, perfect for family moments. The independent kitchen, with a gas stove and dishwasher, has all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with wardrobes and air conditioning. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. For guests traveling with a baby, a crib and high chair can be provided.

You can visit the ruins of "Capocorb", an old talayotic village, at 4 km form the house. The nearest beach is Cala Pi, with fine, white sand, easy acces from the road and free parking. The beach of Cala Pi penetrates half a kilometer inland, between two vertical walls of more than 30 m of height. In the surrounding area, you will also find other beautiful coves and beaches such as Es Trenc and Sa Rapita. We also recommend you to visit the island's capital, Palma, where you will find a wide range of tourist offers, including cultural excursions, art galleries, restaurants and shopping centers.
