Newly built house with four bedrooms, private pool, and a well-furnished covered terrace. Located in a peaceful rural area, it's perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. From the entrance, you reach an open space with a kitchen, dining table, and living area that opens onto the covered terrace and pool. The kitchen leads to the laundry area and a spacious bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the other side of the house, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and an adjacent bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. The covered terrace is well equipped, featuring a dining table and a chill-out area overlooking the infinity pool and a hydromassage zone by the steps. Barbecue next to the pool. Air conditioning (hot/cold) operates on a fixed schedule (14:00 - 17:00, 20:00 - 24:00, 03:00 - 08:00). Pets allowed on request.
