It is a special apartment because of its private gardens wich has, 110 square meters of surface, and they surround the apartment. It has three facades and a perfect orientation, so it always has sun in one of its facades. It is located in a quiet complex with pools and parking place right in front of the apartment. It is fully equipped and it has air conditioning and heating. It is both practical and comfortable to go with children, couples or animals.

I love to make comfortable the stay of my clients, help them and provide them with all the information they need to reside in the apartment and in the area where it is located. My goal is to make them enjoy their holidays and make them feel at home.

The environment where the apartment is located is a quiet and residential area with wide green spaces. It is a short drive to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. The beach is 1.5 km, as well as the water park in Vera. There are multiple activities you can do in the area, for both adults and children, such as swimming, diving, horseback riding, golf, minigolf, paintball ... In addition it is very close to turistic towns such as Mojacar or Villaricos. The Natural Park of Cabo de Gata is just 40 km away. it is ideal for family trips or holidays with friends or in couple.
