Magnificent 3-bedroom apartment next to San Xuan beach. Quiet family environment just minutes from Salinas and Avilés. Located on the central Asturian coast, it is a perfect base for exploring the rest of Asturias. Surfing, beach, playground, soccer field, basketball and free private parking. Well connected, train 10 minutes walk, bus at the door and airport 12 km away. Supermarkets, restaurants and other services within 3 kmts.
