All guests listed in the booking are required to register their identification documents (passports or ID) prior to arrival and present the originals of these documents prior to receiving the keys. Copies or photographs of documents will not be accepted. In the event that at least one guest refuses to provide their details or present the original document, we will be legally obliged to refuse registration and key transfer to the entire group, in accordance with the law, without a refund.
