Fantastic Holiday Home highly equipped with an unbeatable location, in one of the best areas of the island. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, private pool, (heatable with supplement), private gym, air conditioning in master bedroom, living room and gym, Solarium with ocean views, upstairs with sun loungers, and garden area and area solarium in pool area, barbecue and ping-pong table
Highly equipped kitchen with top quality appliances, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine.
The spacious living room is very bright, has Smart TV, with direct access to the sun terrace, which is also equipped with barbecue, outdoor dining area, barbecue, next to the private heated pool (with supplement).
We have a free Wi-Fi throughout the house, high speed, very valid for any telework, as well as to be able to enjoy our Netflix also included
It is to be considered that the fourth and spacious bedroom is located in the basement and has a private bathroom and in addition to having large windows with natural light and ventilation. There is a variety of activities on the island, you only have to choose the one you like the most, if you come with family, water parks, (Aqualand) Western Park, (Sioux City) Amusement Park, Zoo, (Palmitos Park) and water activities on the beach for any age.
If you are looking for adventure, you can parachute, take a helicopter ride, get to know the seabed by scuba diving or underwater, you can practice sports such as Surfing, Windsurfing, Golf, Jetski, Kayak, Quads, etc... Routes in 4x4 cars. If you are young, this is the ideal place to know the night of Gran Canaria, 8 minutes walk from the leisure area with different Pubs, Nightclubs of international atmosphere and also Gay area.
Playa del Inglés has the title of great beach. Why? Well, maybe it's because he got an outstanding one in good weather. He passed the subject of good weather because it has a soft sun practically all year round.
