Our beautiful 187m² duplex apartment with a stunning sea view is just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It features a private 70m² garden with a jacuzzi and sun loungers, as well as a 30m² terrace overlooking the sea. The residential complex also includes a large pool. Inside, you will find a spacious living room with a 65" TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 2 toilets. Additionally, the apartment comes with free indoor parking. Conveniently located next to a natural reserve and local restaurants, our prime location offers a peaceful setting in a quiet village in the south of Tenerife. It's just a 15-minute drive to Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Ideal for couples with or without kids, our apartment offers excellent accommodation and facilities. You will be within walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, a natural reserve, and the island's main attractions, making it perfect for a relaxing stay.
