we are an international family and we live part time in Medano which we adore, part time in the Alps plus travel a lot in between. When traveling and staying in different places we always learn from the way other properties being run and borrow good ideas and if we have not so good experiences we make sure it doesn't happen in our flats. We have received lots of positive reviews and our overall statistics are above average. And overall we just love hosting, meeting new people and being in charge of someone,s hopefully one of the best lifetime memories

Fully equiped and newly renovated beautiful and modern 2 bedroom penthouse just across the jaquita beach. Beach playa Cabezo is only 150 m away. 40 m2 terrace with a great panoramic sea view, beautiful sunrises, the sun stays on the terrace all day long. The terrace has got sunbeds and dining table. Private parking easily reached by lift, fast wifi, filtered tap water,various coffee makers, plenty of bath and beach towels, spare bedlinen : the flat is equipped way above average for you to enjoy your holidays.

Neighborhood info

Supermarket is 5 min away, the beach is just across, main plaza is 7 min walk, nearest bar and restaurant are 5 min away. Parking is in an underground private parking zone reached by an elevator, taxi from the South airport around 15 euros, bus stop is right at the entrance to the building. There are buses to San Iisdro, Granadilla, Los Christianos. To go to the North you must change a bus at San Isidro.
