Modern apartment with balcony and private solarium above the apartment. Located 7 minutes walk from the sea and the beach in a quiet area with low buildings, parks and bars. Commissioned in 2021. Fully furnished and equipped. Solarium equipped with double sofa, table, chairs, shading pergola, shower and having access to wifi. Year-round swimming pool for residents with a sunbathing area. Individual parking space in the underground garage.

A great place for a summer holiday from April to November and a romantic trip in the low season. Temperatures that allow even in winter to sunbathe on the beach. A city bustling all year round with a promenade, pier, beaches, yacht port, bars, discos, water parks and entertainment. In the area there is a famous pink lake with flamingos, plenty of beaches, charming towns, mountains, waterfalls. Only 40 minutes from Alicante airport.
