This small finca was built in the traditional Majorcan style and is located near Santanyí. To the right is the main house with a living room with dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, combi fridge and washing machine, and a double room with two single beds and a private shower. In the annex there are two more double bedrooms, each with two single beds and a private bathroom. The living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV, music system and internet, has an exit to the cozy veranda, furnished with a table and 6 chairs. There you can not only enjoy food, but also views of the pool and garden. The brick barbecue is located by the pool just below the terrace. There are sun loungers around the pool. The listed prices are valid for up to 4 people. Each additional guest costs an additional EUR 20 per day (accommodated in the third bedroom).

The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is only 2 km from the house and the town of Santanyí is only 1.5 km away. There you will find numerous shops, two large supermarkets as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and the popular weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday. In just 5 minutes by car you can reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera. Cala d'Or with its white houses in the Ibizan style and the hustle and bustle is certainly worth a visit. Definitely recommendable is the wonderful, kilometer-long white sandy beach of Es Trenc, which is also easy to reach by car, or perhaps a visit to the “Cuevas Drach” stalactite caves in Porto Cristo
