Property info

Please note that a damage deposit of 200 euros must be paid, ideally by PayPal (especially if you come from a non EU country), within 5 days before the arrival date. In case you don't have PayPal, there are also other options: by bank transfer within the 5 days prior arrival or by credit card on arrival day. It will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, always if there isn't any damage to the property. The check-in could be from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the check-out from 9 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., unless there is no other guest leaving / arriving on the same day. For a Check-in after 8 p.m. an extra charge of 50 euros must be paid. It is a beautiful recently renovated studio in beachfront Altamira resort in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. The apartment is located on the promenade between El Duque and La Caleta. The complex is very well maintained with several swimming pools, one of which is heated, gardens, terraces, etc. The apartment includes a bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with 2 beds and sofa bed, kitchen with microwave, crockery, kettle and all necessary utensils, TV with international channels and WIFI. From the balcony of the apartment one can appreciate impeccable panoramic ocean and resort views. It is an ideal apartment for a vacation to enjoy the ocean and nature. There is also a one bedroom apartment in the same complex.
